Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase without providing any reason.
After 4 hours, order processing begins, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 30 days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
No additional processing fees will be charged by us.
Conditions for Returns

- The return request is made within 30 days of purchase
- The item is returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
Refunds are issued only after:
- We receive the returned item, or
- Proof of delivery is confirmed
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed.
If the gift giver received the order first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
